If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to request a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Item

  Place the unused suitcase back in its original box with all tags and protective film attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
